Course layout

The course will be a combination of a power point presentation together with hands-on exercises to learn and understand the PRODIS.BI system and how to create reports (E.g. session usage, failed session setups, top 20 streamed assets etc.).

Learning objectives

After participation on the training the participant will be able to:

• Understand the basic architecture of PRODIS.BI.
• Know where PRODIS.BI gets data from.

Learning how to...

• How to use the default reporting website
• How to connect with excel to PRODIS.BI using pivot tables
• How to create user defined reports in excel with data from the PRODIS.BI database
  • Creating filters
  • Creating Tables
  • Creating charts, graphical pies etc.

Prerequisites

• Understand the English language
• Finished the Basic Adrenalin VOD overview training
• Microsoft Office Excel Knowledge
• DVB Knowledge
• Basic Microsoft 2008 Server Knowledge
