VividLogic Acquisition Expands SeaChange's Software Product Portfolio

SeaChange announced yesterday an agreement to acquire VividLogic, a provider of software and services to cable television service providers, set-top box manufacturers and consumer electronics suppliers, adding wireless gateway, tru2way and MHP capability to our in-home offerings.
