SeaChange Names Steven Davi SVP of Advanced Technology
Davi to Lead Company’s New Technology Architecture for a Unified Software Platform Scalable to Millions of Mobile, PC and Set-Top Viewers

ACTON, Mass. - SeaChange International (NASDAQ: SEAC), the leading global multi-screen video software company, today announced it has named Steven Davi its new Senior Vice President of Advanced Technology and head of the office of the CTO.  Davi, who has been with SeaChange since November of 1997, most recently served as head of SeaChange’s back office business unit.  In this new role, Davi is responsible for SeaChange’s overall software technology architecture, and will help implement the company strategy as it relates to product design and system architectures.
