SeaChange International Appoints Broadband Industry Veteran Tammy Snook to Vice President of Communications
ACTON, Mass. –
SeaChange International (NASDAQ: SEAC), the global leader in multi-screen video, today announced its appointment of broadband industry veteran Tammy Snook to Vice President of Communications. In this newly created role, Snook reports to Company President Yvette Kanouff and is focused on optimizing all facets of communications by the SeaChange Companies to their employees, customers and partners globally.
Snook brings SeaChange over 25 years of strategic communications program creation and management experience from some of the world’s largest media and entertainment companies and telecommunications technology providers. Her corporate positions have included Corporate Communications Regional Director for MediaOne National Markets Group; Vice President of Communications for Time Warner Cable’s Full Service Network; and Director of Public Relations across Florida for GTE. Most recently as President of High Tech Public Relations, a firm she founded in 1999, Snook has provided extensive counsel, program and project support for clients including ARRIS, Arroyo Video Solutions, BrightHouse Networks, Concurrent Computer Corporation, Global IP Solutions, itaas, N2 Broadband, Openet, Pace Micro Technology and Zodiac Interactive, among many others.

Snook has served in various board and committee positions with industry associations including the Florida Cable Telecommunications Association and the Florida Telephone Association. She is a recipient of the Cable Television Public Affairs Association’s Beacon Award and the Public Relations Society of America’s Golden Globe Award.
Snook earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida. She also studied Competitive Strategies in Telecommunications at the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. She was a Technology Management MBA candidate at University of Phoenix and an Executive MBA candidate at the University of South Florida.
