General Information
SeaChange Educational Services delivers flexible training options. Classes can be conducted at the operator's location or if there are several people to train and classroom space is a problem. SeaChange can also schedule courses specifically for the operator at our Acton, Massachusetts headquarters or at our office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Registration Information
Classes are typically scheduled two to three months in advance and filled on a first come, first served basis. If a class is full, a name can be added to a priority wait list. Please contact SeaChange for additional class dates or courses not listed on the schedule.
To schedule or register for a couse:
Class Hours
Class times are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please arrive by 8:45 a.m. on the first day; the instructor will be waiting in the lobby.
Payment
Payment is requested upon registration. Check, Purchase Order, or Corporate Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) are accepted. Full payment is due PRIOR to the start of class.
Cancellation Policy
Should a registrant need to cancel or reschedule a class, they should please contact our office 5 business days prior to the scheduled class. A late cancellation fee of 100% of tuition will be charged if cancelled less than five (5) days.
